What is this?

Hello all I am here to ask a question that I dont know what is.  Okay so about a month ago I discovered a scab on the right side of my penile shaft that went away in about 2 or 3 days.  I also have itching off and on around the base of my penile shaft and also on my testicles.  Under my right testicle I have 2 small bumps somewhat parallel to each other, they do not hurt or anything just havent seen them before.  Also under my penile shaft I have like what looks to be maybe irritation or something coming from the bottom of penile shaft to about the middle..not sure it looks to be fading away though?  My right lymph node in my groin does not feel normal like the other one when I stand it feels like a knot or something maybe some kind of tissue?  Also my scrotum feels maybe a little heavy or something...what could this be?? I have not been sexually active for about a month in a half. I noticed an itching feeeling on my penis where the scab eventually showed up about a week or so from the last time I was sexually active (unprotected).  The girl I think had a yeast infection because of the smell and chucky white stuff (read this online) and as far as I know she doesnt have any STDS (I know I do not).  She is the only girl I have ever had sex with and we have had sex alot unprotective but this was the first time I noticed anything happening to my penis.  I am 22 years old and just looking for answers if anyone could give some input I would really appreciate it! Does this sound like STDS (sure hope not!), yeast infection, bacterial infection, jock itch, etc???

I think it is a Yeast Infection lol.  I did the Male Yeast Infection Water Test and my results were that my saliva was stringy, cloudy and sunk to the bottom which indicates that I do have a yeast infection according to that test.

Hi utvol3,

Your symptoms do not sound like any typical STDs.

But, it's always a problem when we try to discuss about symptoms through online. It's not beneficial to you.

My advice, go get a physician's evaluation on your symptoms. That would be accurate. Discussing through online will only result in inaccurate result and fuelling up your concern or anxiety.

Thanks.
