Is this Herpes or Yeast

I've been plague since Jan with recurring red spots on my glands and foreskin. Although I am circumcised my penis tends to hide within the pubic fat skin. The rim or corona seems to always have a red or pink splots on it. I had my first incident back in Jan when I noticed a small painless red spot between my gland and rim, I became noticible after a warm shower. My first thought was Herpes and I immediately was feeling ill and lost my appetite. I would notice my gland will have a few painless red spots the day after me and my GF had spontaneous sex like a little harsher since we didnt foreplay. These spots would tend to go away a few days later. But everytime I see them i get anxious and start feeling malaise and start feeling tingling. Is this anxiety? I went to planned parenthood and they told me it was probably yeast since i never had any painful blisters.Ive been using Lotrimine on my penis and it has been good at keeping my penis under control, except for a few times where i didnt apply it for a few days where thr spots would appear after sex. I am writing because recently I expereince some numbness in my legs below the knees and tingling on the thighs a few days ago, havent gotten any spots but was worried it was a prodromal, so started feeling sensations everywhere and lost my apetite, I also checked but lymph nodes are not swollen or painful. I should mention I run every morning, and i am pre-diabetic. I suffer from Athletes foot and dry mouth which i believe can be symptopts of yeast. If i can figure out how to post pics ill upload what i got. I appreciate the help

So new update, this will be day 3 that I have had the sensations on my legs but they are a lot weaker. My guess its just soreness from excercise and some Genital focused anxiety. I haven't gotten any bumps, just the continued redness and dry skin which i am assuming is from continied use of the lotromine

he, herpes are blisters painful and yeast is fungal more like itchy and often red spots are normal as the penis contains millions of blood veins.
