What’s more accurate for STD  urine sample or  swab?

They are both really accurate. There really isn't any reason to get one over the other. If you're male and have a discharge, they should take a swab of your discharge before you urinate, so they can test that, or at least examine it, and have you urinate, too.

The swab of a discharge wouldn't necessarily be a swab into your urethra if you have visible discharge at the end of your penis, though.
