Safe sexual practice?

Hello, I am a 34 years old man. My sexual life has a hidden part, meaning that I like to have sexual games with occasional male partners. I usually find them on the web or gay bars. This year I had sex with around 5-6 guys. Importantly, I never had anal sex, and very very rarely I recieved oral sex. The sexaul games involve mutual jerking off (masturbation), touching and kissing (well, intensive kissing), and some kind of fingering, docking of penises. Usually I have contact with semen and precum. E.g. semen on my hands, skin on andomen. There is also penis-penis contacts. I would like to know the extant of risk getting STDs in this sexual practice. What kind of STDs I could have alredy collected. May I have a HIV also. Thank you in advance for your input.

penis-penis contact can be considered as theoretical risk, because precum carries hiv,and a great number of certain stds, which can be transmitted to your body when it tauches your pee hole

HIV questions post in the HIV forum.

We suggest 6 month or yearly STD testing. While the above really poses no real risk from masterbation, touching and kissing. I'm not really sure what "docking" is.
