Shiny red dots on penis

I've noticed for a while now I have a few shiny red dots on the head of my penis, they don't hurt or itch, so i let it go and it went away, but recently i found that it has come back after my last partner, I am starting to get worried and would greatly appreciate any help.

Just a suggestion.  See how much it would cost you per month for health insurance.  Maybe you can cut out something that is not essential to your quality of life like cable. I have a child and live on basic channels only. Because of that I have seen a great improvement on available funds for other bills, and soon I know I will be able to get my own health insurance again.  Yes, it is very costly, but beneficial.

And then there are people fighting against health reform why?  Just asking based on your response.

I would like to get it checked, I also have a rash right at the base of the shaft on either side, it stays red and gets very dry sometimes itchy, however I don't have health insurance and with work and bills the way they are couldn't imagine anyway of being able to afford seeing a doctor or paying for health insurance, thanks for the input

It doesn't sound like an std. If it concerns you that much, then you should talk to your doctor about them.  But they don't cause you any discomfort or pain.  It is possible this is normal for you.
