Worried After a Night Out

3 nights ago I went to a strip club in Vegas where I got a pretty lengthy private dance. During that time there was a lot of dry humping but I did have my hands on her vagina for a few seconds at different times, my penis was out at the end and eventually she gave me a handjob when I was about to finish. All said and done I'd say I was fully clothed 99% of the time and if my penis touched her skin it was for a minimal amount of time.

With that said i woke the next day and my penis hurt all over. It's hard to describe but I'd say it was a burning sensation on the inside and outside, primarily towards the top but in parts of the shaft as well.

Like I said, it's been 3 days and it feels pretty much the same. My initial thought was that 2 hours of a private dance is is a lot of grinding and dry humping so I figured I was just sore but as it persists and the more I read the more I'm concerned.

I didn't notice any herpes but I was pretty drunk and wasn't exactly looking for them. I guess if I'm being honest that is my biggest concern. HIV seems very unlikely and all other stds are curable with treatment. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?  How concerned should I be?

Thanks for the support.

It sounds like she roughed up your suspect hence the soreness

Thanks for the response, I appreciate it.

I forgot to mention I'm pretty sure she spit on my penis while she was giving me a handjob.  It all happened so fast. I didn't see any sores in her mouth but but I'm sick about the idea it could be transmitted that way.

Here I am another 2 days later and I'm feeling a little better but not 100%, still no sores luckily.

Not sure what to do.

First word of advice is to stay off the Internet! Your encounter has essentially zero risk, even if she had herpes! Here is a statistic from a study done, with couple where 1 partner had hsv and the other did not, having regular sex for a year, with no condoms and no surpresive therapy, the risk of catching hsv is only 4%! Your mind is your own worst enemy, and can cause you to feel things that have always been there but blow them out of proportion. Your encounter with a hand job is essentially zero risk, and that's even if she had hsv!
