Small bump on penis

Hello Doctor, i had unprotected sex with a woman whom i barely knew several months ago while away at college, i didnt notice anything wrong with penis for several weeks. I came home for a few days a noticed a small bump near the tip of my penis that irritated me so i became worried. I thought i would get it checked out when i went back to school but by the time i went back the irritation was gone and the bump didnt disppear it just didnt cause irritation anymore. For the next 2 months at school i had no irritation at all on my penis until i got home again and the tiny small bump on my penis started irritating me more. The irritation usually follows shortly after masturbation could that possibly be the cause or do you think it is something worse?

The bump only itches from time to time and has not blistered, also no white puss has come out of the bump, i recently read online that herpes bumps often release a puss. The single bump has remained there for about 2 months now but not itch all the time, is there a high chance of probability that it is herpes?

You would have to see a Dr. Often bumps are not a STD, but only a Dr can tell you what it is.
