Need Help Fallen Condom!

Had sex with a simple girl who however shares toilet with her roommate who has lots of boyfriends. Condom fallen halfly during the sex . Immediately stop and confirm that the half of my genital (including the whole head part) was fully covered and cleaned with soap at once, then changed a new one.
Does half fallen condom bring me any risks? What about my girlfriend shares toilet with roommate? I am really worry about this!

Thankyou

Thanks Vance, the HIV expert of my country confirm that during the infection of HIV, the Lymphocyte should be declined which is contrary to my case.
Further he advised me that I dont need a test. Thankyou for your help by the way.

Thanks Vance.
It has been two weeks after the sex. I checked my blood for other matters, it showed that my neutrophile granulocyte is declined and lymphocyte increased. According to the GP it showed virus infection, but I just have small cold without any heats.

Should I be worry about this??

So there are no risks for the girl herself or for the slippage of the condom or both? Many thanks.

It means condom slip off the penis halfly but still cover firmly with the head part since I wore it inside out.
