Possible std/hiv contact

Had sex at a massage place three nights ago. Used a condom and was very brief. After pulling out I took the condom off. Getting a light amount of period blood on my hands and not knowing it. I wiped my penis with baby wipes which had period blood from my hands on the wipe. I freaked out because i thought it was on my penis but it came from my hand. I had a small rub raw spot on my penis when I did this. Does the transfer of blood from my hand to the baby wipe to the small rub raw place on my penis open me up for hiv possibly? The condom was 100% in tact. When I freaked out a bit the lady blew the condom up with air showing no holes in the latex.

First, HIV. The only risks for HIV are to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share needles to inject IV drugs. Your condom protected you from HIV and you had no risk from taking the condom off and blood to hand to baby wipe to raw spot. Not a risk. Air inactivates the virus. Unless you do one of the three things mentioned as risks, you do not need to worry about HIV. As for other STD's, the condom was a barrier there as well. The transference of blood from condom to hands to baby wipe to raw spot is also not going to impact std transmittance.
