Sorry if this is stupid

I think Im overreacting but just being told that would put my mind at rest.
I shook hands with someone who had just been to the bathroom last night and I think they didnt wash their hands. I dont think I touched my face or anything until after I got home and washed my hands, but I did touch my phone. But what are the chances of catching something this way? I used some Detol wet wipes about 15-20 mins later and wiped my phone as well.

I hope this isnt detracting from questions asked by people with more serious chances of risk, but as I say, my mind is working overtime thinking about this.Thanks in advance.
