Risk of anything from brief oral???

10 days ago I went to a massage parlor and got a massage.  At the end of the massage to my complete surprise started to give me a blow job.  This lasted for about 3-5  seconds no more than 10 before I told her to stop.  I completely freaked out after as it was a complete surprise.  I talked to her afterward for about 5 mins and explained that it had freaked me out.  She said that she was clean and gets tested. She had no visible sores or lesions on her mouth from what I could tell.  She was very clean throughout the whole process.  She used wipes to clean all downstair areas before the massage started.

Since it has been 10 days now since the event i havent had any discharge, no pain or burning during urination and no blisters.

I am wondering if I should still be worried about the event and be on the extreme lookout for anything.  From reading previous posts it looks like i was only at risk for gonnorhea, ngu, hsv-1 and syphillis.

Now that about 10 days has passed is it safe to say that gonnorhea, ngu, and hsv-1 would have shown symptoms by now?   Is Syphillis something to worry about from this brief exposure?

I have called about testing and everyone has told me from that exposure that unless im showing symptoms they dont test and if i really want to test it will have to be paid out of pocket.

Just wondering if i have any real need to worry.

Ngu would be the most likely followed by Gon. Bacterial would be my only concern as symptoms while rare don't always show, but as you know your chances were very slim, and pretty low you would be symptom free also. I'd feel pretty confident you did not contract any std from this exposure

Everything I have read from dr hook and hhh is that it is very rare for ngu and gon to be assymptomatic. I’ve read from their posts that most gon shows symptoms in men with 5 days and ngu is anywhere from 2-14 days.

Have I read that correctly and if so it would be highly likely that only ngu would possibly show up with the next 4-5 days but the Ngu from oral is not considered dangerous and is only normal
bacteria that cause the urethra to become infected?

Yes that's correct, it is pretty rare for Gon or ngu to be asymptomatic but it does happen. Ngu can be caused by normal bacteria but it would need treated as it can cause things like acute prostatitis. Your chances are low and with no symptoms I'd move on and not be concerned
