I have a bump on the outside of my vagina I’m scared. I’m 14

I’ve never had sex before of course. I’m on my period, and yesterday I felt a pain and when I went to the bathroom I checked and it was a bump that was a lighter color on the outside of vagina like the skin that covers but not my lips (I am black) it looked very light and it was oozing blood and a little bit of pus and it hurts so much my pad touches it and when I wear pants and even just move my leg, I can’t even wipe the blood off it’s so thick and it hurts I’m trying to clean it and I’m in so much pain. PLEASE HELP‼️ I’m very panicked I don’t know what I could’ve done, or what it is.
