Surely not herpes???

Hi there I wanted to see what people's opinion was of this...

I appear to have a red rash on my groin area which has spread to my scrotum. I've also recently noticed a few feint red dots on my penis head as well as one red spot that looks yellowy from the picture I took of it. Are these symptoms of herpes?!

What would you suggest it is then? Would a fungal infection in my groin cause the red spot on penis head?
