Symptoms of chlamydia?

Ok, so I have become pretty familiar with what it is like to have chlamydia as I have been infected with it 4 times in my life.

This time is a little different though. I have no discharge, but I have a good guess why. Over the years from being infected multiple times (I'm in the adult entertainment industry), my urethra has narrowed due to developing scar tissue.

I have no trouble urinating or ejaculating, but I know that discharge is often thicker and it might be too thick to travel through my urethra to exit the head of my penis?

Every time I have been infected with chlamydia, I have noticed that my stomach will become really upset. I will hear it gurgling all day, I will feel nausea accompanied with diarrhea. It doesn't burn when I urinate, but I do have the occasional tingling feeling, but it is never constant. When I'm infected, it is always my digestive system that takes a beating.

I realize that these are not commonly listed symptoms of chlamydia or any STI's in general, but has anyone experienced these kind of symptoms before from an STI?

Does my guess about the discharge getting stuck in my prostate/urethra make sense? There must be some cases where a person has developed scar tissue in the urethra right?

I will most likely go get tested tomorrow, but I was hoping I there are some people on here that can relate.
