What is happening to me?

I was adviced to post here after I made a post in the hiv prevention area. I'm a male who recieved unprotected oral from a female on August 12th, but she had a wound on her lip that was apparently a bite from her dog. It wasn't actively bleeding but it was red and fresh.

I developed a rash like pain in my penis a few days after and it eventually spread to my groin area. It seems there is swelling in the veins of my penis and the tip of my penis has developed dots all over when it used to be smooth. This could be due to vigorously washing with the wrong type of soaps but I'm just including everything I've experienced and still experiencing. I got tested 6 days after and everything returned negative.

Anyway, the week after I began having diarrhea/loose stools that hasn't stopped since. (It's now a little more than 4 weeks after) I also started having itchy skin on my arms, a pain in my left calve, and an ulcer on the roof of my mouth just above a tooth. This healed fairly fast and was never that painful. I also got fairly regular headaches but they weren't too bad. I'd also barely produce any saliva and my throat wasnt sore but had this feeling of fullness which had me drinking lots of water.

The third week after I noticed my tongue being white coated and I got a sore on the frenelum (web) of my tongue that hasn't healed as quickly. I found a bump under my right collar bone which I suspect could be a lymph node.  Theres also 2 loose ball like things in the side of my neck under my jaw but I'm not sure what lymph nodes actually feel like. I've also noticed new incredibly small red dots in various areas on my body which I suspect are petechiae but they're not bunched together, it's like 3 on my arm, 3 on chest, 2 on forehead, and one on each inner side of knee. On a Thursday I went to the doctor where they weighed me, and had my blood drawn the day after (21 days after) the following Tuesday I was weighed again and had lost 10 pounds and I had already been losing weight. The blood results tested negative for everything but my wbc count was at 13.7 and my absolute neutrophils was 11248. He prescribed me an antibiotic, cipro, for twice a day for five days.

So the next week, 4th week, I started the antibiotics. I had a slight pain under my left rib before so I'm not sure if it were to happen regardless of the antibiotics but this pain magnified like crazy for a few days. I started getting bad headaches and body aches, and that pain in my left calve made a return and was spreading up the back of my leg but this didn't happen too much. I've also had a constantly changing temperature where the highest it's reached is 99.5 and the lowest 97.1 or late 96's.

To sum it up, I wake up everyday with loose stools/diarrhea and have for 3 weeks. Now I wake up rather sore as well. I'm noticing brown spots on my skin, like on my chest and now face. Theres still swelling of the veins in my penis and I get occasional left testicle pain.  When I cum theres barely any sperm which is totally unusual for me and the smell of my scrotum is even different when I come home from work. (I'm sorry for the vulgarity) I have a strange feeling in my hands and occasionally feet that's either numbness or tingly.  My stomach growls so strangely and often,  nothing I've ever experienced.  I have itchy skin that get reddened very easily.  The antibiotics seem to of helped the white coating but it's still present in the back of my tongue.

I'm incredibly stressed and have been getting anxiety. I have been getting terrible sleep but it's been getting slightly better along with my appetite. Hopefully Tuesday I'll be getting another blood test and this will be 32 days after the experience. Any ideas on what could be happening to me?  Thank you so much for reading this far.

It's pathetic. I discuss my symptoms and I'm taken seriously by doctors until I mention it happens after oral and I may suspect it to be an std since the presence of blood was there. Then it's completely thrown out the window like nothing is happening to me.  Just because I played with the thought doesn't mean I'm truly not being affected by something, std or not. I have a painful lymph node in my groin that was discovered by the doctor yet I'm still charged money with no explanation or proper tests.  Didn't even get a blood test at this place. It's a damn joke. Me being "anxious" will cause things yes, but the things like diarrhea for almost 4 straight weeks, skin so easily hurt and irritated, and swelling in my penis that got me anxious to begin with need explanation. How can anxiety cause things that caused the anxiety in the first place?
Sorry, immature I know but I had to vent somewhere. I'll keep you posted on further results if I even bother going to a doctor again.

Im having very similar symptoms as you. The loose still daily now for three weeks , itchy skin mostly my legs. Which is now also turning to brownish spots, i have an incredibly dry mouth with a constant thirst i cant quench, and this morning i wake up to find like 6 small bumps on the head of my penis and the skin underneath the foreskin. All in the same general area together. Our differences being, I recently had flu A right before all this began,(worst illness I've had in my adult life) and 2 weeks before that, i had covid for the 3rd time. Also I've been with the same girl now for 2 years and i haven't cheated and 98% sure she hasn't either. However she passed out 2 nights before the bumps began which lead me to do it myself. I was nearly positive the bumps were directly attributed to the acts aggressiveness because of some medications I'm currently taking. But after reading your post and by me having nearly the same symptoms, i now feel I'm back at stage 1 and that its potentially far worse than i previously imagined. Seeing as how your post is from ancient history. Could you ease a troubled mind n let me know if you ever figured out a diagnosis? Did you eventually heal? Did it require anything to do so? I should also throw in since you elaborated very well, that i also have an auto immune disorder, and currently take the biologic enbrel which shuts my immune system down leaving me quite prone to illness and infection. Any info would greatly be appreciated.
So you've had covid 3x, Flu A, take enbrel, and have been in the same relationship for 2 years. You aren't high risk for an STI.

You might have some reactions to your meds, to covid - that causes all kinds of weirdness, and that risk goes up every time you get covid, or something with your autoimmune disorder. You really should talk to your doctor.

If your girlfriend was also ill, and gave you oral sex, it's possible that you got an infection in your urethra, and that can be addressed with your doctor, too.

Since you are on enbrel, have you considered masking? Seems like a good idea for you.

If you have follow up questions, you should start your own thread. You can do that here - https://www.medhelp.org/posts/new_question?forum_id=98
