Had to bribe the Chinese doctor to look at my extremely swollen foreskin!

Hello!

Im a man of 41 years old that has not been circomsized.Im at the moment on a business trip in China.
It’s been about 3 weeks since I had unprotected sex.

Last night as I was about to go to bed I noticed that my foreskin was getting swollen. Under the foreskin I found there was some liquid. I wiped off the liquid, but it reappeared quite rapid. It didn’t have any smell or colour that was noticeable. So I went to bed a little worried and put some toilet paper around the glance to suck up the liquid. When I woke up today it was much worse and the foreskin had retracted behind the glance (head of the penis). It looked like a balloon-tire surrounding the head. In appearance it reminds me of something like a big (Bright red) blister all the way around the head. The size of the swelling on foreskin around the glance was maybe something like 0,5 cm. It had swollen to the point that it started bursting (Maybe because of the toilet paper) and there was droplet of blood on it. Obviously this made me very worried so I called my friend and made him take me to the best hospital in this area (not a big city). When we came to the hospital we went straight to the emergency entrance. In china things don’t work as we are used to so in the emergency reception they told us we had to wait for at least 2 hours before the doctor could se me. I said to myself that "I won’t have any of this". So we went inside looking and luckily were able to find a doctor. By chance the doctor spoke quite good English for a change. I put some bills in his hand and he agreed to se me. First he told me that this was not his area of expertise, but he would take a look. He took a quick peek and told me this was nothing to worry about and that it was infectious. He claimed that it would normally retract in a few days. I had to ask to get him to write the prescription for Antibiotics. (2 different ones: Amoxicillin and another one without the name). He also gave me some cream for the foreskin (Muprocin ointment). After I came back from the hospital I took the pills as I had some food. When I got back to the hotel I had a look and to me it seemed it had grown even more (almost 1cm around the head with a big roundish lump of maybe 2cmØ underneath the head). It didn’t burst as it had last night, but it looks bigger and it’s tenderer to the touch. Now it’s been 2 hours since I took the medicine and still the swelling seems to be the same. To save my penis I will abort the business and go back to Europe if necessary.

I just wonder if anyone could give me some suggestion on what may be the problem?

Im also looking for answers on how long the antibiotics should take to start working?

it's a simple allergic reaction. either lubricant, something on your hands, or something on the inside surface of your clothing is surely the origin. change clothes, thoroughly clean your hands and body, throw away the new lotion (right after you take note of what's in it for future reference) and your wang will be normal in a matter of hours. i have experienced this a couple times, and the balloon effect of foreskin only is the key indicator.

There is something called phimosos, and it can be caused by infections.

Vance is right - you need to give the meds some time.

I can tell you that antibiotics can take a couple of days to work. With the discharge it could be something like gonorrhea or chlymida, the swelling I am not certain, it might be some kind of infection. Give the antiboitics a day or two and if it does not work I would encourage you to see another Dr.
