Peeling urethra skin

Hello - I had protected sex in asia two weeks ago. Today I noticed while urinating a red irritation at the tip/inside of my urethra. I was able to peel the skin off without disconfort. It has been a couple hours since and I havent noticed anything. I have been masterbating everyday into a sock.

Do you know what this could be?

Thanks. And if somehow the condom broke or I took it off bc I was drunk, then what would be the concern based on the symptom? Really appreciate your help.

Not really but its not connected to the act as the condom covered the area

Thanks. The reaction can occur two weeks later?

Since you had a condom on it would not be related to the sex but more a friction burn or a reaction to the condom.
