can camydia cuase the symtems im having If misdiagnosed and mistreated

I have penile pain before and after urination not during also occurs after sex, and sometimes just out of the blue like while driving, i have not had any discharge from my penis, I have testical pain, pain in my upper inner thighs and groin that feels like its a lymph node but caent feel any swelling, pain in all areas come and goes on and off throughout the day or from week to week. when i pee it seems like i caent get it all out of my urethra seems like i have pee in side it for 30 min or sometimes 5 min, sometimes it feels like i have something stuck in there or like something is moving down and coming ot but when i look or squize my penis to try to get it out or see what it is, there is nothing there. i get some shooting pains along the spermatic cord into my testicals at times, sometimes it feels like the tip of my penise itches but goes away when i scratch it. it all started whith a slight pain in the right side of my penise just behind the head of it, it then stated in my testicals and has spread to my hips thighs and legs since then. noe heres were it gets strange.  I  self treated with azithromiacin for 7 days , had some left over from another illness, I then went in for a test, Doc ran urin test for Clamydia and Gon, it came back clear, she perscribed Doxcy for 14 days after 7 days there was little to no change to symtoms, went back to see her but she was out sick , seen another doc at same place he said no way to an std and took me off of the doxy after 7 days and put m on cypro for 7 more a few days later I went back and made him do a swab test and it came back negative. Since then I have seen him several more time plus 4 other Docs and a urologist, I have had blood tests done twice, MRI, CT, Cytoscopy, And pelvic Xray all came back normal, plus 3 more weeks of Cypro at a higher dose all of this has not help or changed my symtoms at all. I was not honest with any of the Docs anout my sexual past, when this all started I had unprotected sex with a  woman i met online, and I had been doing alot of heavy lifting. I was affraid my wife would find out about it so I went the long way around to get the tests done, any way I am now on a nerv med becuase alll the docs have no clue and now the one thinks its a nrve pinch or something,  my question is can clamydia if it it not treated long enough or with the right meds cause these symtoms, i have had symtoms for 5 months now. how long does it take for Doxy to kill Clamydia

thanks for the answer I did forget to mention that during this whole time I have also had unprotested sex with my wife as well, does this change your anwer any, I about to go to the doc again on Mionday and get retested for all this again, just woun dering if im waisting my money

No it would not. Your medication would have cleared any STD infection by now and you would not have any symptoms. Even if you did have chlymida and were on medication it might have been picked up with the 1st test.

Whatever is going on is not STD related.
