Why am i not healing..?
Hi i got diagonised with gonnorhea on 19th october i was given ceftriaxone injection one for 5 days and ciprofloxacin 500mg *2 for five days the symptoms persisted the second time i was given three injections for three days. .levofloxacin 500mg*2 griseofulvin 500mg*2 for five day and two tablets of fluconazole the problem dissapeared but after three days it was back i went to the clinic where they performed a urethra culture but the pus was too small and dry, was given cefuroxime 500mg*2 and 1 omatasin 150mg and cital syrup i never healed, this time i am on augmentin 500mg*2 fluconazole 200mg*2 per day and flagyl 400mg*3 per day there is still pus though little and scratching of my penis what could be the problem good people
Followed your advice vance the pus has reduced and only small dots which stick in my pants is that a sign i am healing
You would need a full work up after medication is finished if you still have symptoms.
I would suggest stop medication for a couple of weeks and retest, I don't see how you would still have gonorrhea after all of this.
