Teraphy for Gonorrhea

I see a lot of posts but many are old. I suspect I may have  Gonorrhea, and I wonder what is the best treatment, I understand CDC recommends a combination of Ceftriaxone IM and 1g Azithromycin.
But I am not prompt to injections, can I take instead something else equality effective 1 dose ?
I have a partner Female, is it the same treatment for men and woman ?

With gono its much more than discomfort and a white puss discharge indicates an infection. It could be a clear discharge in the beginning as mucus forms trying to sooth the infected area but eventually white puss will appear about 6 days post exposure.

Hi you can take pills instead of a shot but men with gono dont think they have it they know they have it. Synptoms include big time white puss discharge and terrible burning while urinating
