Bug Bite or STD?

On Friday, I had protected sex using a condom. The next day, I noticed a few red bumps with a small dot in the middle resembling bus bites all over the my body. They itch. One of them has gotten bigger, and I am not sure if this is due to bug bites or STD. Help! I would like to send you a picture but I dont know how

It's not an STD - symptoms wouldn't show up that fast, and no STD gives you symptoms all over your body. If the one is still getting bigger, see your doctor, especially if it's red, warm to the touch, you feel nauseous, or you have a fever.

Oh and if you get any of those symptoms - a fever, nausea, etc. - go to the emergency room.
