Had a Sex marathon and now fear of STD ??

3 days back i had sex with an escort.. She performed unprotected oral sex on me but during intercourse i wore a condom.. The session lasted for 1 hr 15 mins i guess .. Now the thing is during oral sex she got really wild and performed twice on me .. After my first releease it took me around 10 mins to get erected again and during this whole time she kept on performing oral sex on me Which was kinda rough coz i guess she wanted me to get erected asap.. Anyways after this whole episode , the very next day the skin around my penis hole had swollen i started having pain around the same area specially at the tip of my penis and it also became very sensitive , so much that even if it brushes against my boxes it hurts alot.. Also it seems to me that my penis hole has widened..  Are these signs of STD?? Or something else .. ?? And what about penis hole getting wider can this happen with just one rough encounter?? Regards .. EM

I also received unprotected oral sex from a stranger and have been seeking information about the risk for STDs. There is a considerable risk for several STDs including Gonorrhea, Clamydia, Herpes and Syphilis. For other STDs including HIV the risk is extreemily low. I have however gone for urinal and visual check up on 9 days after exposure, which is too early for most STDs to show up. I will go again after I have reached 6 weeks from expsure as 6 weeks is window time for syphilis. I will go again on 12 or 16 weeks as 12 weeks is window time for HIV and 16 weeks for Herpes.
