Unprotected oral, now worried sick

5 days ago I had unprotected oral sex with a male stranger. I was the "inserter", this was my first sexual contact with another person, oral or otherwise.  The whole thing was maybe 3-5 min long, and the dude seemed like the fairly promiscuous type. I did not see any sores on his face or anything(herpes)

Anyways, 2 days ago both my nuts started to have a dull ache, and I need to urinate frequently (maybe once an hr). The ache is not terrible, more uncomfortable really.
So far those are the only symptoms

I looked up all the info I could on stds and am thinking I might have Gono or chlamydia. Or at least epidymitis.

So I am wondering, how long should I wait to get tested? When should I get tested for everything?

Also what are the chances for the Incurable stuff? Herpes, HIV?

Receiving oral sex is low risk for all STDs and zero risk for some. Your symptoms are not typical for any STD, but they are typical for the sorts of feelings many men get when they are anxious and fearful over a sexual decision they regret. To be maximally safe, see a doctor or clinic, such as your local health dept STD clinic. They may recommend testing for gonorrhea and chlamydia, which is valid any time more than 3-4 days after exposure; you can expect negative results.
