Do I have and std or some other type of infection?

About 3 years ago I had a sexual occurrence with a girl. There were deep kissing and touching of each other’s genitals. I also had some vaginal fluid in my mouth. About a year of the occurrence she contacted me and asked how my health was?? And I also found out she was using drugs. I’m not sure what that exposes me to? Anyhow 3 months after the contact with her I developed genital warts. But tested negative for all other stds. Hep a b c , syphilis rpr test, hiv, herpes , clymidia and gonnereah. Had those removed with no reoccurrence. They were on my penis and one above my tonsil.  But since then I have had persistent anal itxch and discomfort and about a year ago I started developing muscle fasiculations throughout my body. And in the past three months I’ve become extremely dizzy. Neasua, sore throat, persistent epididmytis with no help from antibiotics, tons of mucous in my stool, overall body soreness, stomach pain And inconsistence. I’ve had tons of tests done and see different doctors. They keep telling me it’s stress . I do t feel stressed at all beyond my health. Im happy with my life. Anyhow I guess these are my questions.
1. Can I still have syphilis with a negative rpr test? I’m
concerned about neurosyphilis and at that stage would an rpr be reactive?
Is there other diseases I should be concerned about with my contact?
I tested neg for hiv a year after contact and also I had Lyme tests done regularly I don’t know what to think or who to talk to? Also would I learn anything from having spinal fluid tested?

Hi, your sexual exposure to any std,s from the touching is zero risk  so what ever symptoms your experiencing is not from the touching. Kissing is really no risk either, and if she did not have any lip sores at the time you can pretty much rule out herpes.
Genital warts is contracted by direct rubbing contact with someone who has them so since your genital did not make rubbing contact with hers, you did not get them from her.
You can rule out all your symptoms from that affair as theres just really no risk from what you describe.
I agree with your doc that its all stress related..

Hello thanks for your reply. Anyhow it’s been some time with no answer to my issues. I do have more questions. Let’s say I carried hpv virsus. I believe most people have this virus. Let’s say I’m battling lymes disease for instance. Would that cause a dormant virus to become active?? I say lymes because of my tick exposure here in central pa. I believe I may be dealing with something on the lines of lymes. I did have biopsy confirm papilloma. But tested neg for all stds. I’m concerned perhaps with something else that triggered hpv to come alive?
