Possible Syphilis scare. No real symptoms

Married male. A few months ago I had unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal sex with a lady in the swingers lifestyle who is not my wife. No real cause for concern as the condom didnt break and I kept condom on until I jumped in shower, washed off my penis shaft and then took condom off. I have not had any symptoms of Syphilis.

Few days afterwards I had sex with my wife I came inside her. She underwent a surgery where she couldn't have sex for a few months. So a few months later we had sex. I came inside her.

Couple days later she used a electric heating device because she was having menstrual pain. She slept with the heating pad on and it stayed on her all night. Next morning she noticed a boil developing on her tummy area. She suspected it was the heating pad might have burned her in that spot or infected a sweat gland or hair folicle

Looking at the boil it sort of looked like a chancre but was hard to tell. From reading online the chancres seem to not come with any pain but she said that this one really hurt. It was filled with almost like the stuff a pimple has and it has scabbed over and is healing. No other symptoms besides that.

Could this and the onset happening overnight basically be Syphilis?

Hi no it doesnot appear as syphilis for many reasons but for your wifes protection you should test for syphilis, gono and herpes for her protection as there was exposure to them.

I wouldn't worry at all but enough time has past to get tested.

Waiting on results. Will post on here when they do come in unlike most users here.
Ok cool, well done on getting it done. I can tell you it'll be fine.
Test came back negative. Anxiety was killing me. Thanks to those that responded and gave me hope during that unknown period.
All negative up to date.
