Two years ago was the first time I've experience sexual activity with someone, we French kissed and performed oral sex on each other without a condom, after he tried to insert his penis inside my vagina with a condom but he couldn't manage to get it in without hurting me so he eventually gave up after several attempts, I continued to give him oral pleasure. A few days after, a painfully large lump developed on my labia majora, it looked like a pimple and when I popped it puss came out so I accepted it as a pimple. A day after my mons pubis was extremely itchy however I accepted it as the after affect of shaving. After that slightly uncomfortable experience I didn't have another sexual experience with another person and still experience those symptoms, only slightly once in a while and sometimes with more than one pimple. Until towards the beginning of this year I met up with a friend who was in a relationship, we went on a date and then a walk in the park, we started kissing then passionately kissing, afterwards I gave him a blow job, he want to have sex but I said no so we continued with the bj. A month after I was in the city and bumped in to a British man, I asked this man for directions, but somehow ended up at the hotel he was saying at, I told him that I don't not want any sexual activity with him, but things didn't not go as planned, basically the same scenario happened with the first guy except we did not have a condom, I performed oral sex on him and I told this guy I was still a virgin but he didn't believe me,  he tried to put his unprotected penis inside me, but couldn't manage and was hurting me, I told him I didn't want to do this anymore you're hurting me, but he just squeezed my arms and forcefully thrusted it in, I was in so much pain and was crying, after the unpleasant, painful sex he told me to leave. When I arrived home I had a shower, I was still in pain and bleeding so much I thought I had my period, so I put a pad on. The next day I was slightly stinging at the hymen area and urgently needed to pee, as I urinated in the toilet my hymen was painfully stinging and so was the clitoris area, I finished urinating however still felt like I needed to go again, I just ignored and used the excuse that the guy teared my hymen and I had a urinary tract infection. After a week or so I developed a pimple deep under the skin right in the middle of my mons pubis, I also notice my discharge has changed, it smelt mouldy like damp clothes and sour, it also went from a small amount of discharge to a lot more, it became quite clumpy, stringy at times, and the colour became yellow, sometimes brownish (before I get my period), greenish yellow, and white with clear. After a couple months I was still experiencing the symptoms, sometimes it worsened sometimes it got better however that pimple disappeared then came back on the same spot and remained there, it didn't go away like the others did.
Towards the middle of the year I met a guy at a wedding, we were talking for a month, dated for another then he officially became my boyfriend the next, I never told him about my issue and didn't let him have sex with me, he respected me. Well so I thought. I pleasured him with oral sex (to let you know I never developed herpes around my mouth or had any symptoms of a sexually transmitted infection through oral sex) and hand jobs, I allowed him touch, play and suck my breast and the cheeks on my bottom, he didn't catch any STIs from that, oral sex or from kissing either. About a month after our official tittle he got me drunk and decided to take advantage of me, I do not know what he did, whether he used a condom or not but he didn't receive any of the symptoms I have been experiencing, fortunately I ended our relationship chaotically in September, and my symptoms worsened. Sometimes I noticed bleeding in my discharge, it occurs days before my period, and the pimple was still there, it has not worsened or gotten better. What also developed was a pain that'll come and go once in a while on my lower stomach approximately where the ovaries are, it felt like someone has taken a pin and is scraping the ovary area or like a cramping pain. From then till now I have been experiencing the same symptoms and I notice it worsening then getting better then worsen again. Yesterday morning I had a sexual dream, as I was dreaming I had an orgasm, when the orgasm was over I woke up and felt the painful stinging pain on my hymen and was busting to pee again, so I ran to the toilet, and again the urine was burning my hymen and clitoris area, the pain came and went through out the day towards the night then died off.

• I've also had been taking antibiotics in the past two months for my acne but stopped that recently

Please tell me what is happening to me, I've been needing to go to the STI clinic however when I decide to go something comes up avoiding the chance to go, I'm also embarrassed to go because I've left it so long and it's such a long story to tell the nurse with great detail. I wish I could answer your question but I really don't know what it is. Your Dr would be the best option at this point.
