I hope someone can help me here i sleep with a escort about 4 months ago with had unprotexte sex for abou a minute then she went oral  on me then again about 3 weeks ago same but this time about 2 minutes  had sex without a condom after a weekof exposure i took  a urinate test for std in  emengecexposui was having just a headache  it came out negative i ask the nurse if is for all the stds the lady from the lab said yes no futhert testing  but now after i took the test next day I begun to feel burning sensation in my thights and ache pain in my left testicles but only if im in bed, cannot sleep 6 hours strait and one point the burning felt all the way doen to my right leg, headaches, all day   also i feel something is stuck in my throat but doesnot feel soar   and also fell like voming today  i have a appoiment this wendsday for anither std testbut my anxiety and worrynes is kiling me
can this symtoms be std relate and if so which std?

Your thigh issue is not any symptom and if you had an infection in your testicle it would have shown up in your penis first, Urine tests are reliable. Again, symptoms of std are a white puss penis discharge.

Thanks for replying but i cannot explain why the burning sensation in my genitals and the pain in my testicle went away but i only feel when im laying in bed o i pjt a lot of attention to it but burning sensation still there doesnt hurt when touch but feels hot no pain when urinate o diacharges also the headaches all day i had never experince any of this symtoms until now what can posible cause the burning sensation? Thanks for any info also i took the urinate test a week apart from expoaure how reliable are the test
