cloudy penile discharge

So I'm not even sure that this post belongs here...

But I have noticed a white milky discharge from my penis when masturbating... i am uncircumcised, so it kind of coats the head of my penis... it doesn't happen any other time, and it doesn't happen every time.  no pain, but there is sometimes an uncomfortable feeling for a few minutes after i masturbate, and feels like theres something in there and i have an urge to go to the restroom to make it stop, but it doesn't for awhile...  the discharge usually occurs when i'm almost finished, and i don't think it's semen... though i don't know.

although i have had std's in the past, i don't necessarily think its an STD since we have been in a monogamous relationship and  have been tested negative since the issues nearly 2 yrs ago... i'm just concerned as to what this could be, and hoping its nothing.

it may not be an std but it could be an infection such as a UTI (urniary tract infection) see a doctor and get sum antibiotics...i wish i culd have done that sooner now i have to manage it till i find the solution

It does not sound like a STD. I would see a Dr, because I am not sure what it could be. But again does not sound like a STD.
