Burning tingling all over

I had vaginal sex in December 2010 and have had symptoms ever since, mainly burning / tingling in my mouth and all over my body but main inner thighs/feet legs and elbows and pain in them too, my doctor has took urine sample but came back normal, does anyone know of a untreated STD or uti that has symptoms like this?

I'm a 30yo fit straight male. Going through this same thing after a sexual exposure. I've tested negative for multiple std panels. I know this is an old post, but any updates on this would be appreciated.

Burning, tingling and pain aren't the commonest responses to a sexual encounter. I might suggest that the event you're focusing on as a cause is actually not connected to the symptoms you're having. Are you taking any medications, supplements or drugs? If the problem is a drug or supplement reaction or allergy, you'll keep getting negatives on your STD panels while still having the problem. Go over everything you're doing, taking, and exposed to in your environment with your doctor, and see if something else could be causing your symptoms.
