Recipient of unprotected Oral - NGU?

I had protected condom intercourse twice and unprotected oral sex (received) with an Escort in Manila.  An agency that vows monthly testing for their girls. Huge mistake. The oral sex was aggressive and rough with deep throat.  This was 9 days ago.  The day after the encounter, I could feel a small discomfort at the tip of my penis, like a needle was briefly poked at the tip. Usually I was just "aware" of the tip, like after urinating but it has never been painful.  I was watching for the typical discharge and burning urination of Gonorrhea and NGU, but those never developed.  I just returned to the U.S. and I'm awaiting my STD test results now.  I don't know if the sensation I feel is actually a micro-injury from rough oral sex or what the REAL odds are of catching something through oral. I showered right after the encounter.  The condom intercourse was the final act, of which I ejaculated, hopefully flushing out any bacteria from the oral. Also, I had a traveler pack of Azithromycin and popped 1g worth today as a precaution after giving my STD tests.

1) If it is urethritis / NGU, how fast is it killed following the 1g dose of Azithromycin that I self-prescribed? My wife has been wanting sex and I've been procrastinating due to fear of giving her something. I have 500mg of it leftover and I plan to take that tomorrow.  I just need to know how fast it kills it off ensuring I'm not contagious anymore, assuming I had NGU.

2) I read a LOT of conflicting info between the Doctors on this board and the published STD / Oral sex risks in other internet articles.  What is the true likelihood of picking up an STI from recieving
unprotected fellatio?  Part of me would rather have symptoms of Gonorrhea or NGU instead of being asymtomatic and not knowing for sure. I read that Clamydia is rarely transmitted through fellatio so wouldn't that mean NGU caused by that is less likely?

3) What percentage of men are asymptomatic with Gonorrhea and NGU?

Thank for any help. I'm going crazy with something real or just phantom pains at the tip of my penis.

Hi again. Syphilis test 9 days after the exposure is useless. You should wait at least 6 weeks for a 100% reliable. Lack of symptoms are a very good sign you have nothing. What you say about that has nothing to do with falses negatives. If the tests say you were not infected, you are free of those diseases. Regarding your question of the azytro, I can't help you, maybe other friends of the forum can help you.

Does anyone know how fast the  Azithromycin dose I took would kill off NGU (1g dose first day followed by 500mg dose the next day)?   Is it 24 hrs, 48 hrs, or longer to make it not contagious, assuming that is what it is?

I got my Syphillis result back - negative.  The lab is still working on the Gonorrhea and Clamydia test but since I am mostly asymptomatic, minus the tip sensitivity, would that make it more likely to get a false Negative since I don't have discharge or painful burning while urinating?

By the way, the information I give here comes from several long conversations with my doctor about STD and oral sex. And I am not a native English speaker so forgive my mistakes!

Hello. I am not a doctor, just a regular man who wants to help. I think no STD sypmtom shows up so early (I understand you started to feel the discomfort 24h later or even before).
Oral sex is low risk, the Azithro you took would kill any possible NGU and most types of gono. The proportion of men asymptomatic with gono are very low and if the oral was rough most probably your sensations are a mix of anxiety and some irritation in your genitals. In my opinion, the odds are that you caught nothing, but the test are the only 100% accurate answer. I hope it helps and I wish (and expect) negative results.
