gum swelled

Hi just wanting to know if you could get any std from quick french kissing? I have some gum swelling 2 weeks after an encounter, its over 1-2 teeth, and goes behind one tooth. Is this typical of oral syphilis, I'm just trying to make sure if this is a dental matter or just something related to STDs

So I assume the twitch going on and off is probably anxiety and in my head right?

My other post originally, I had about 40 seconds of unprotected oral before she put a condom on me and then had protected, Tried to have vaginal but couldn't get it in. So just had protected oral after with a handjob.

All you spoke about here was kissing.

Trying to keep stuff together in one thread, but do std symptoms come and go? Or are they consistent? I was told by my urologist that he didn;t see any reason to test from my exposure and that a lot of this stuff is anxiety but it has been about 20 days and I am starting to just get a feeling in my urethra like not pain just a kind of twitch every once and a while through the day. It's not consistent just kinda happens,

It is not a STD issue as you had no risk from kissing.

so just again anxiety and no risk ever from kissing even if a person has oral syphilis? Also doesn't sound like an std problem?
