having genital ulcer...

I have an encounter a protected sex about 5 weeks ago with a girl although I used condoms while having sex, but i did a unprotected oral sex where i cum on her mouth. then maybe days or so i develop a itchy rash on my elbow but i swear the rash has started even before I had my encounter that's why i didn't alarmed because i work in a dusty environment then i remember maybe 2-3 days later my arms and chest is really itchy that i develop so many wound around arm and my chest with a field with red scratch mark still I didnt alarmed and, weeks and weeks the itchiness spreads to my back, neck, thigh, legs and even in the ears i cant  sleep at night due to itching and i panic a little bit when a little i notice a little swell between my jaw then i think maybe because i been itching too much that to cause to swell ohh i forgot i started to notice a little pain around my neck, honestly having HIV crossed my mind but im still not convince until last week when a ulcer around my genital arouse and i felt a swollen lymph nodes around my neck then i really panic because that i was thinking that might seal the deal the i am having a hiv infection then i rush to then HIV test center took up a 4th generation test which resulted negative, the counselor advice me to return around 2 months but not to worry too much a because its said its not likely to change and said that my rash are not like a hiv rash i hope so but whats really bothers me is the genital ulcer cause when i search on the net genital ulcer are more like cause of std's.

sorry for being detailed to much i'm being paranoid right now, i cant seem to relaxed for weeks its really affecting my life i can't seem to eat well and some notice i loss weight.

question
Do you think that  can be HIV?  even though i haven't develop what i seen internet symptoms like fever, sore throat and etc..

Do you think there is a higher chance that my result at 4 weeks could change?

And the genital ulcer that i had.

THe only risk for HIV is unprotected anal or vaginal so you wasted your time testing. HIV is inactivated in air and saliva, so no one in 40 year HIV history (which is a lot of medical studies btw) got it from oral.

If you think you have something other than HIV which you now know you can't have then see your doctor but the highest probability is your fear making you over-analyze your body which feeds your imagination to get the better of your reasoning - you have no medical training so self diagnosis is highly suspect.
