Jock itch or some sort of STD?

Hello

I've been having this problem around my groin area for awhile now and lately it got me worried whether if it is jock itch or not.

So the only source of history I can tell is that, I've been with this one girl before, she told me she was "ok"  and we had unprotected sex before.
I honestly i don't quite know when this started happening but I remember I started getting itches around my groin area one day. And I looked it up and I thought it was just jock itch because the all symptom for it matched so I just kind of didn't do anything about it other than keeping the area clean. But lately, when even one pimple came out it got me thinking I had some sort of Std related stuff and recently found out some STD actually seem pretty similar to the symptom for jock itch which got me even more worried. I want to go get it checked out but I don't want my parents to know about it because of how religious they are. I know it may sound stupid but I honestly have no idea what to do right now.

So my question is, from what I have provided you with, does it sound like something related to STD? or is it just jock itch? If you need me to provide with more information please let me know. And also just adding on, nothing else happen to me other than having rash area around the groin and being really itchy and getting at most one or two pimples, but I feel like I'm just getting those cause I'm scratching that area alot. But please let me know soon as possible!
