need help dont know what to do!

i am 18 and have had sex with many partners, i have had a clearish-whitish discharge only when i either pee or poop, for the past few months now and when i noticed the discharge i immediatly got tested at the closest health clinic and my results were negative for chlamydia, gonorrhea. so i didnt think anything of it but i am still getting the same discharge ever since. i currently have had a girlfriend for the past 5 months and around 1 month after i started to date her she started to have problems with her vagina, she noticed itching, pain while urinating, little bit of discharge. her gynecologist said she had bacterial vaginosis, she was treated with antibiodics and was fine, because of this i got worried and went to get another std test at the health clinic once again, then all the way up until about a week ago where she got the same symptoms back but this time she has alittle bit of bleeding when she pee's. she thinks that this might be a uti because she has the symptoms of a uti. please help me i dont know what to do!

You dont have clymidia or gono. Ever heard of ngu, maybe but unlikely. You said it has been months since you notice this? Who were your partners? Condom protected?
