I have little red pimples on my tounge and little white pimples under my penis head. I had sex before but she was a virgin and never did sexual things before but i got oral sex from this girl that had sex before and also gave oral to another guy. Do you think i got it from her? and what should i do to get rid of it without going to the doctor's if possible, maybe something over the counter?
