please help, stds problems

im 16 and im really concerned about stds and me having one. there are these shinny redish bumps on my penis shaft and on the head of my penis. sometimes, theres a little sting or tingle on my penis, doesnt hurt that much.

For one, i had given and recieved oral sex when i was really young (about elementary school) with two guys (im straight, back then i didnt know any better). Neither of them have cold sores, herepes virus 1. since then, i havent been sexually active.

These redish bumps have been on my penis for as long as i can remember and they have never gone away.

im a weird kid, when i shower i never dry off my penis and just put my underwear on. also, ive been using hand soap on my penis and sometimes masterbaited in the shower with the soap. i dont know if this ties into any of this.

i would really appreciate any feedback, thank you

Nick1994, What we say on this forum is meant to help no matter what. We are not here to say stuff in order to sugarcoat it but we are here to assist anyway we can. Oral herpes can be passed on from mother to child however it does not happen all the time. Listen, the only way you can be sure on your end is to get this evaluated by physician to see what's up.

well some symptoms are small ive read, but these bumps are shinnyish at times and when i masterbait, they become red. i play baseball and when i do my physical they only touch my balls. these shinny bumps are also on the rim of the head and on the head

If you need to stretch in order to see something, then it is not std related. Most std symptoms that are in physical appearance are there and obvious. Physicals are commonplace to check out anything else that might be wrong with you and check-ups are routine but it is always helpful to ask the physician of any additional problems you may have such as your bumps.

ive never told my dotcor about this before, you need to stretch the penis skin to really see it better. plus what would the doctor check for if i just go for my physicals and normal checkups (i dont go often). do they always check for stds? id figure theyd check for hiv/aids right?

Hmmm, that is tricky question however you can look into planned parenthood.com for info as to how you can get tested. If this was an educated guess, I would assume that you are going through some sort of skin problem rather than a std because you are worried about exposures that took place years ago and you know something: if you did have something, you would know about it if you were going to the doctor's for checkup every couple months after those exposures and even before you began to question these bumps here on medhelp.

also, i have this bruise like thing under the rim of the head of my penis, it doesnt hurt but it doesnt go away either, could this be from masterbaiting a lot?
