proper dosage

i was about to be cured from Gonorrhea but i skip some dosage of cephalexin, my problem now is i need to switch to CIPROFLOXACIN but i found out that it wasn't working for me some how im one of those patient's who were resistant to it according to the UPDATES on GONORRHEA RESISTANCE... should i go back to cephalexin? my dosage before was 500mg 3x a day...

ill sum up everything here..

1. can i use mefenamic acid to reduce the pain?
2.is it okay if i masturbate?
3. can i take Cefixime†400 mg  and how many times should i take it?

UPDATE: im experiencing a yellow-reddish small amount of discharge right now but the pain is becomming less during urination.. is this a good sign or is it a more serious problem...??

i didn't get any test because i assumed that it is already gonorrhea coz i had the symptoms after sexual contact.. besides the IM worked just like before but its the pain in urinating im concerned of..

well i was confident that my partner was clean... sigh... ill just finish my kelfex dosage for a week .. well i wasnt sure if it is gonorrhea but after the IM the discharges were gone just like before. my problem is the dysuria... i want it to be gone hehehehe

It can take a few days for the symptoms to really clear up - up to a week or so.

And are you sure this is gonorrhea?  Were you tested?  Keflex is not needed here - just the doxy, unless they found something else.

I hope you start using condoms.  :)

huhuhuh.. i got it again.... gonorrhea for the second time... i just have one question..i got my IM of Ceftriaxone.. last july 7.. that ws the first day i experienced my dysuria and very mild discharge. knowing that i already experienced, i got the medication STAT and same effect. my discharge instatly disappeared but my dysuria is hell killing me. huhuhuhuh . im taking keflex and doky right now as oral meds after my IM... i dont get why my dysuria still remains knowing that i dont have any discharges.. pls explain.. should i take mefenamic acid?
