giving very brief protected oral

thanks in advance, but I was wondering if anyone could help me out? I have been experimenting with jerking off with other guys (as I am a man) but last night I was persuaded into trying to give a bj. I made him put on a condom, which never broke/failed. I did it for maybe 10-15 seconds and realized it wasn't for me. i know its not 100% risk free because no sexual act is, but can i get anything at all if the condom didn't break, and i never kissed/sucked anywhere else the condom wasn't touching? i know he could've been lying, but he did say he was clean. any input would me greatly appreciated.

No, STD's are not transmitted that way. If so, a hand-shaking with a person who touched his/her genital before (sorry for the disgusting example) would spread syphilis or other STD's, but it doesn't . I recommend you to forget your worries and move on. If you don't develope a sore in your mouth in 2-4 weeks (a thing I would say you won't) you can say you are free. If you still keep worrying, test at 5-6 weeks (sorry I don't remember the right timelime for testing) and you can expect negative results. I am speaking in conditional because I can't say you havr nothing with 100% accurancy, even a real doctor would speak in the same terms. Use condoms for any sexual activity and you'll be fine (maybe for homosexual relations the risks are somehow present even with condom, but I don't have more information about that). Thank you for your kind words and I am very glad help you. Take care!

Ok, to clarify, I did not see any sores around his genetalia. Also, if I was masturbating him before the protected oral and then resumed masturbating myself after, could that friction transfer to my hand and then to my genetalia? Even if you're not a doctor I appreciate and respect your insight, and any information  you can give me

You're welcome. I am not a doctor so I can't say whether or not anybody caught herpes or syphilis from a activity like yours, but I doubt it. Firstly, if you didn't see a sore on the non-covered part of your partner' genitals, don't worry. Secondly, syphilis bacteria needs some continuate friction between the sore and the skin. You didn't touch his bare skin, did you? So you were not at risk of syphilis! And lastly syphilitic sores outside the condom covered part of a male genitals are sooo rare. Talk to a doctor and he/she will give you and expert opinon. I don't want to pretend to be a doctor and mislead you, but I doubt you got syphilis. Regarding herpes I would tell it's pretty much the same, but I have no information for that disease. Good luck!

Oral sex + condom protected + very brief exposure = Nothing to worry about
