red bumps around pubic regions

Well, i may have had this for a while but recently its just started to bug me with all the talk of STI's and such in school....
any ways...Their are a couple things i need to point out...

This happens when i shave the pubic region, and after about a day of doing so, i start to notice these bumps, some can pop and some are just red. The ones that do pop sometimes have blood come out (though very little) and i also notice that sometimes white fluid comes out (like from zits), then again others just dont pop and irritate me.

now although i get that from shaving i have a similar thing happen to the rear end, just little dots right in-between the cheeks,I did shave there long ago, but i beleive this keeps on coming back even when i pop them and dont shave.. (the front does not have this happen)...
Im constantly wondering if this could be genital warts (please dont be...)  and im also curios if it could be herpes (again..please dont be)...but im hoping its less severe, peprhaps just pimples or zits? i do take showers once a day, but i do have suspicions that maybe my butox isnt clean enough...

any thoughts? thanks..

Those red pumps could be inflammation of the hair follicle which could be  a reaction from unsanitary shaving.  My advice is to shower with antiseptic soap before shaving and use only new clean shaving blades!   Excessive sweating could aggravate the condition too so wear loose fitting clothes.  Also avoid eating too much junk food and sweets.

Sounds like ingrown hari follicles. Try using fresh soap or even women's shaving cream, rinse thoroughly and always use a fresh blade. Afterwards, try using a good, moisturizing cream on the area.

If you continue to have problems, then I would ask a dermatologist what to do.

If it's going to set your mind at eas, then do it :)
Sometimes they can even have little yellow sacs on them as well y'kknow? I usually get that when Ive been out running. Sweat build up!

They're etremely common but it's always nice to have a Dr who's qualified to tell you it rather than randomers on the internet.

Yea! its weird to say this but..
if i do a complete shave i find that it really burns when the hair starts to grow back in and then thats when the red dots appear, allot, and slowly go away,
so now i just trim so i dont get so irritated.

but i dont know.. i still think i shud get these checked out.
