small red bumps

I have the pimple like bumps between my breast that seem to come and go...I have been putting a steroid cream on it for a week now and it's still there but not as much...then last night I noticed on my back that I have 2 small red bumps there as well...not sure if their related but wondering where they are coming from. FYI Im using the steroid cream because I went to the hospital recently for a horrible rash on my hands they said it was excema n gave me the steroid lotion..Im scaring my self thinking it may be something else, but scared to go back to the doctor again and they tell me something bad..any ideas

Hi symptoms of std,s would be urethra irritation and a puss urethra discharge not small red bumps on the chest and back. Small red bumps in those areas could be related to herpes 1 but that would not be and std.

I wanted to ad also that they do not itch on my chest or back..the ones on the back hurt if u try and mess with them too much
