tiny bump near base of penis

The other day I was peeing and i went to jiggle and kinda felt like a little hard bump. I couldnt really see it though. The same thing happened two more time before I looked really hard and found a lil raised painless bump. I pick at everything, so worried and confused, I poked it with a needle and squeezed. A little fluid came out. The next day instead of not hurting per usual it did bother me which i guess would be expected since squeezed and poked it. The size of the original mark was the size of a millimeter tops. It is now around the same size but is a little bother some. . . I want to stop picking but i squeezed again thinking something would come out.... i find myself hoping i see a hair. When I squeeze nothing spreads or gets larger but i think there is a little white tip i can see now but that could be from the paroxide I am cleaning it with along with oitment. This has all gone on for no more than 3 days now. I am very afraid of herpes and any other std... but i get oral herpes and i dont "think" its acting like that what-so-ever.. I am not exactly sure when i encountered the lil bump but i do shave down there and its on the shaft in the area where hair grows... its not really risen just is a little sore - however less sore after i squeezed it today.. i mean i understand there is true diagnostic online but what does anyone think?

Sounds like it is probably not a big deal and maybe just a pimple

Bumps can be so many things often not STD related, would have to see a Dr.
