very much concerned

I had unprotected sex with a girl i know and she was on her period unbeknownst to me. The experience scared me enough to the point where i got tested for chlamydia, gonorhea and hiv all of which came up negative. Unfortunately my testicles were in pain for some unknown reason and my entire genital area was crazy itchy. I had a few red dots on the shaft of my penis, but none were centralized or appeared like pimples from genital herpes pics i saw. They werent raised, more just red small discolorations. They all went away within a few days but my testicles still continue to hurt. It has been a few weeks and i am a little worried to say the least.. From what i read the podrome or pre symptoms of herpes outbreak only last a few days at most and tend to subside as the blisters occur. im no expert but i figured even the first outbreak wouldnt cause so much teste pain without symptoms otherwise. Is there another condition that can explain the continued pain in the testes?

Hey man, I myself had severe teste pain awhile back. It scared the shi* outta me. I wasn't exactly sure what was going on but it got so bad I took myself to the emergency room at the hospital. I thought it was Epididymitis which is inflamation of the scrotum. Anyways i got sent to another office after they performed a uryanalysis test and that doctor also did the same thing. After the appointment it just stopped hurting. Still to this day I have no clue what it may be. The best thing to do is to get tested. although "knowing" you have something is scary!

Check this page out and let me know if it helps you out at all. Read into it man, good luck!
