white bump turns red on penile shaft

Hi,

I had a white bump on my penile shaft or to be exact is juz under my penis head for over half a year and recently I found the base turns red..it a painless but today when I clean I find it very disturbing and use an tissue to wipe it and found it bled a little but now it stop? I have not have sex for more than a year but im not sure what is happening can some expert please help me. Tell me whats wrong? I have been cleaning it everyday n use some powder to keep it clean recently.. im not sure I got std or alleged reaction. Please help.

Hpv warts does it mean genital warts? I thou is usually pink and a bump that doesn't bleed?

One other thing, it could be molluscum also and a tell tale sign of this is that it has a dent in the middle.

Hi, i would rule out herpes as sore dont last that long. I would consider it a wart however as youve had it so long. You might want to have a doc check it out  as if it is a HPV wart it is somewhat contagious.
