Do I have an STD?

Very scared here. I bought a fleshlight-like toy off of Amazon recently. It was packed and sealed and everything, but after I used it I guess I started feeling really paranoid and worried. The brand of the toy was suspiciously similar to another sex toy-maker, so I'm worried I may have used a knock-off or even potentially one that has been used before. I have two questions:

1. Theoretically, if someone with an STD were to have used the sex toy, returned it, and the seller than re-packaged it and sold it to me and I used it (cleaned before use or not), would I get the STD? I'm hearing conflicting reports of people saying that STD bacteria can't survive long outside the human body, while others are telling me that it can live in the porous material on sex toys for a long time.

2. Do you think I should get tested? I'm worried about talking to my doctor about this since it seems very embarrassing and over-cautious, but over the past couple days my stress level about this has been extremely high.

Thanks in advance for any response you can give.

And you're positive of this? I know I may sound paranoid, but I'm wondering exactly what the risk is here considering the way the toy was packaged.
