Possible std risks
Hi Doctor,
Few months back I had unprotected sex with an escort, few days after he episode , maybe 2-3 days I had extreme pain on the tip of my penis followed by extreme pain while trying to urinate , there was no discharge. Now I, waiting for the 6 month window to get a definitive test for HIV. Does HIV show up like this causing problems with urination ? it's been 2 months now , the pain on the tip of the penis has gone but now I'm unable to urinate , I feel the urge but when I get down to it , nothing comes out.

Could any other std announce itself in such a manner causing excruciating pain and pain while urinating , the pain has subsided on its own but I'm still unable to empty bladder even though I feel it's full, what possible std show up like this ?
