Hi r0cky,

This does sound like a thrush of the penis also known as Candida balanitis, it has had six days to get to work already hence why you will be feeling so sore at this point.

To treat this you need to apply an anitfungal thrush cream 3 times a day for a week.

Canesten thrush cream is the best thing to use, although some pharmacies such as the boots stores make their own brands aswell. You can buy this without a prescription.

This is what you need to buy http://www.chemistdirect.co.uk/canesten-thrush-cream-2_1_1210.html

Apply the cream 3 times a day and makesure you wash your hands every time you have touched your penis... make sure you are keeping your penis clean and dry (there is no need to wash more than once a day, over washing can make it worse)

Continue to apply the cream for a full week even if the symptoms have cleared before, if you stop the treatment early there is a chance that the yeast will begin to multiply again. Ensure you are applying the cream all around the head of your penis and under the foreskin.

Hope this information is helpful, if your symtpoms have not cleared after a week of using this cream then you will need to see your doctor.

Regards Dee

Yup, sounds like some kind of infection. You should make an appt or got to you ER for some antibiotics and cream. You should sit and have a conversation with you partner as well b/c if you don't you two will probably just keep passing whatever it is back and forward to each other. Maybe until you both figure out what;s wrong you can use condoms
