If you say that this case was exceptional and that in the past you lasted hours, then you do not have to worry. Sex is full of surprises and extraordinary events, there are many exceptions and "breaking the rules", so it seems normal to me. There are many "maybes": maybe this sexual encounter was special for you, you were extremely aroused, or maybe there was longer time between this event and your last ejaculation before that, or maybe the stimulation -physical or mental or both- was different.... Or it just happened without any apparent reason.
I would not worry. If it happens again and again, then you can try masturbating before having sex -as the previous poster suggested - or having sex more often on a regular basis, or using condoms, they can sometimes help - not much but maybe a little bit...

There are alot of things that could cause that to happen.

The length of time between sex and/or masturbation?

Stress or any physical ingury?

Is there anything else you have noticed that doesnt seem normal to you?

Maybe  u could try to masturbate before you plan on having intercourse with her so you can last longer. Works for me. Im a rarity among women I can have only one big orgasm and its way to sensitive to touch after that. If i have masturbated that day it will take alot more to get me to peek :) good luck
