It's too early for any sign or symptom to indicate pregnancy.  This does not mean she is not, but it is not a sign she is, either.

A lot also rides on what day of her cycle this is.  If she is right at mid-point, you have more risk of pregnancy than if it is right before her period is due.  An egg is only viable in a women for about 24 hours every month, after that it is not going to get fertilized even if you had orgasmed inside her.

It is too soon for her headaches to have anything to do with a possible pregnancy, especially if one was on the day of the sex.  The embryo (if there is one) will not even have implanted yet, and nothing would start symptoms until such an event happens (if it does).  There is some possibility of you getting her pregnant if the sex was unprotected, and your odds increase if you had orgasmed before the sexual contact with her, but it is simply too soon to know.  She could test with a home pregnancy test in about ten days from now, in other words, 14 days after the sexual activity, with some certainty of an accurate answer if she follows the instructions and uses first morning urine.  She could be more certain of an accurate answer if she waits to test until three weeks after the unprotected sex.

I suppose it goes without saying, next time, use a condom, please.  Save yourself and her the grief, fear and stress.

if after her due date of her cycle, she did not have her normal bleeding, you may want to buy pregnancy kit and have a test on her urine (firt urine in the morning). Note that fingering her will not cause her to be pregnant.
