Use lidocaine ointment sparingly only some time. Do not make a habit of using it regularly. You will find many methods in this community forum. One question- since how long you are married? what is your age?Is this problem chronic one? Did you use any medicine like viagra?

In a fore play you should not excite. You have to control your self and get wife excited.Whenever, you feel the urge to ejaculate take a deep breath and exhale slowly. concentrate on your breath. This will diminish your over excitement. You may masturbate half an hour before intercourse . This will delay your ejaculation
Learn abdominal breathing and concentrate on breath..There are many postings on premature ejaculation. Go through them and pick up any method you like.
Some time you may use lidocane ointment on your glans.apply little ointment spreading it lightly on your glans. This will make the glans less sensitive and help you to continue the intercourse.Apply little amount  and just on glans-the part which lies under your foreskin.
