Headaches/Feeling Faint during sexual activity

Hello, I am 37 years old and have a very healthy sex drive. My wife does not share my drive so occasionally I masturbate as well. Yesterday I nearly passed out while masturbating in the morning and became very faint and almost nauseous. After laying down for awhile, I was fine. Went out to lunch and shopping and started developing a headache, came home, took some aspirin, and after a nap was fine. My wife and I watched some TV and then started to have sex, after about 10 minutes, I developed a pain in the rear or my head and top of my neck and once again felt nauseous and had to stop.

I have NEVER had these issue before and so now a little worried. Any ideas? I plan to go to the Dr to talk further, especially if it happens again, but didn't know if these were symptoms that might necessitate me getting in quickly. A friend of our family recently was diagnosed with a brain tumor, so has me a little paranoid.

About a year and a half ago, I was having these orgasmic headaches.  It was right at the point of orgasm I would get these excruciating headaches that would then last for several hours. It was very scary to me. I thought that it might be an aneurysm. I had a checkup at the VA so I asked my doctor about it.  She had never heard of this, so she did some internet research on it. She then sent me in for an MRI. Luckily, it wasn't anything serious, but she didn't have much advice to give me. So, I went home feeling good that it wasn't an aneurysm, but I was still afraid to have sex because it just hurt so bad and ruined the rest of my day. Anyway, these headaches occured every time I reached orgasm for about a month and then they went away. Thankfully I haven't had them since. I would definitely go to the doctor for a checkup if I was you just in case.

Sounds like it may be a drop in blood preasure. I would have a check up so that you know for sure what you are dealing with.
